One daily call
The app should help decide whether today is a push, control, or recovery day.
Athletes already track recovery, sleep, workouts, load, and schedule. AthleteOS exists to turn those scattered signals into a clearer training decision before the session starts.
I'm an athlete, MIS student, and builder. Most of my life right now is built around training and trying to reach a higher level: football, gym, running, recovery, college, meals, and keeping the day structured enough to keep moving forward.
The problem was never that I had no data. I had WHOOP for recovery, Strava for runs, workout plans for the gym, and a calendar for everything else. But real training does not happen in a perfect schedule. Sleep changes. Legs get heavy. Football sessions stack up. College gets busy. Travel throws things off. Some days the plan says push when the body clearly needs control, and other days I feel tired but still have enough in me to train well. The data existed, but the decision was still manual.
AthleteOS is the system I wanted before every session. It connects the sources athletes already use, reads what actually happened, checks what is coming next, explains the main limiter, and turns the day into one clear recommendation: push, control, or recover. Not just another dashboard, but a way to understand the full context before training.
This is not meant to replace discipline, coaching, or instinct. It is meant to make the next decision clearer by showing the context behind it. If there's a sport, metric, platform, or integration AthleteOS does not handle yet, reach out. Message me with what you want connected or what feature would actually help your training. I read every one, and if it makes sense, I'm happy to build it.

The app should help decide whether today is a push, control, or recovery day.
Recovery, sleep, load, training history, and schedule are more useful together.
When history is thin, AthleteOS should say the read is still calibrating.
Connect your sources, log what is missing, and let AthleteOS turn today's signals into one training call.
