AthleteOS is built for the athlete who wants the honest read

Training data is everywhere. The hard part is knowing what to do with it before the session starts.

Founder note

Why I am building AthleteOS

I built AthleteOS because athletes already collect enough data to make better decisions, but most tools still leave the actual call to guesswork.

Recovery can look good while sleep is short. Load can climb quietly until it changes the whole week. A calendar can say tempo, while the body is asking for an easier day. AthleteOS exists to put those signals in one place and make the next decision clearer.

The goal is not to replace discipline, coaching, or judgment. The goal is to make the context obvious enough that the right choice is easier to make.

The product beliefs

These are the standards behind every AthleteOS feature.

01

Decisions beat dashboards

The dashboard should lead to action, not another hour of interpretation.

02

Context matters

Recovery, sleep, load, training history, and schedule have to be read together.

03

Honesty over hype

When the signal is thin, AthleteOS should say that clearly instead of pretending certainty.

A training OS, not a prettier spreadsheet

AthleteOS connects the daily dashboard, analytics, logbook, calendar, weekly review, and Ask AthleteOS into one loop.

Read Recovery 82%

Green, but not the full story.

Check Sleep 76%

Short enough to affect intensity.

Adjust Load +40%

Move tempo and protect the week.
